Forms and checklists sea shipping

How can we help you?

When calling on the port of Rotterdam, vessels are required to complete nautical forms. Below is a summary of the nautical forms and checklists. Completed forms should be e-mailed to the Harbour Coordination Centre.

Bunkering

When bunkering marine fuels to sea-going vessels, it is possible that the batch of fuel supplied will fail to meet the required specifications. In that case, the fuel will be unloaded again, or in other words de-bunkered. In case of serious deviations from the specifications, waste products could be involved. It is important to find out quickly if the batch of fuel is still fit for use. The de-bunker request form helps the competent authorities to advise on the matter. When pumping the fuel back, a special safety checklist must also be completed.
